Payment processing

All payments are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to offer any changes to or cancellations of your order.

Production

Our t-shirts are made to order. To insure the highest level of quality, they are fulfilled by Printful, the industry's premier print-on-demand company. Generally, items are printed and shipped within 4 to 8 business days. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping

Please note that items may ship in separate packages.

Due to COVID-19, shipping and production may experience delays. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery (USA). Updated September 6, 2020

Standard Shipping: We use the most efficient shipping method available which may be one of the following: USPS / FedEx / UPS. (Carrier will be specified in your tracking information. See Shipment Confirmation & Order Trackingbelow.)

Free Shipping on all orders over $40 (discount applied automatically, USA only)

$4.95 Shipping on Canada orders over $40 (discount applied automatically)

Worldwide:

$9.95 Flat Rate - All products/orders
$4.95 Shipping on international orders over $40 (discount applied automatically)

All prices are in US dollars.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Caribbean Citrus Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive Shipment Confirmation via email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Caribbean Citrus Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Caribbean Citrus Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
